Please refer to our minimum participant requirement for any booked session. If the required minimum number of participants are not registered within 48 hours of the start of the event, then a reschedule date will be selected. Event attendees who are unable to attend the rescheduled date will be offered a full refund. This policy is in place to protect our speakers time. A cancellation within 48 hours can be redeemed for a credit at another session. This credit must be used within 6 months of the cancellation date.
